Instructions
- Prepare the Onions:
Place the finely chopped Tennessee onions in a bowl and set aside. - Mix Dry Ingredients:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, cornmeal, baking powder, baking soda, salt, black pepper, and paprika. - Combine Wet Ingredients:
